    Not sure how much lower this one will go, but its getting bad in this area.

    Not surprising, it’ll go way lower, I’m sure. Menifee’s school district sucks. Like Lake Elsinore school district, there’s no way in HELL I’d send my kids there. I guess there is always private school, but I don’t like the Menifee area.

    Not surprising, it’ll go way lower, I’m sure. Menifee’s school district sucks. Like Lake Elsinore school district, there’s no way in HELL I’d send my kids there. I guess there is always private school, but I don’t like the Menifee area.

    I’m not sure how I feel about the Menifee area, but I’m sure the prices will get quite lower than $97/sq. ft.
