Can anyone recommend a low commission realtor? I saw one called Realty Solution that charge $999 + a .075% commission but they never answer the phone. I would appreciate the feedback.
You can call Jeff Karchin. Look him up on line. If you are going for that type of quality why not just FSBO it?
Also there is Help U Sell. Try them. Rustico posts here and he is low cost as I am as well. However if you are looking for someone that is gonna do it for a few hundred bucks then stick with Karchin.
