    I would appreciate any knowledge of best methods for getting personal credit reports or reports for clients.

    How about some local options and online options to compare?

    I would be looking for something that gives all three scores and account info.

    I am most interested in one time reports but curious also about opinions regarding the subscription services online?

    Are your clients providing you with the credit reports or are you trying to get the reports yourself? If your clients have web access, they can get the report themself for free by going to http://www.annualcreditreport.com.

    Both, I used to get them from the Apartment Owners Association and the SDAR office. I am no longer a member of the first and SDAR no longer provides the service.
    The client who made the request used up the free option.I have too.

    You can get a free credit score from Transunion on a monthly basis when you open up a Washington Mutual Credit card. I never use teh card but I routineline log in to keep up to date on credit. It will also send you an email alert of there is a change in credit of 20 point or more. Great tool to have avaiable. The credit card division was previously Providian.
