    Yeppers.. If you want the EASY money, here are the rules:

    I cannot find the advice column that states you should try and find buyers who have already surfed the internet and found the perfect home, so all you have to is write the offer and fax it over.

    You will only have to walk from your desk to the fax machine.

    Hint: Have your assistant offer them a soda.

    These realtors msut be doing great business to be so finicky about their clients.

    I’m not sure low balls make sense until after foreclosure. Doesn’t the foreclosure wipe out all existing liens?
