    SD R,

    This house (8334 Torrell Way 3 beds, 2.0 baths, 1,987 sq ft) was sold for $560K. Do you know what happen to the other Torrell house (~1700 sq ft) that was listed at the same time?

    The bigger one was listed at $570K and the smaller one listed at $550K.

    Thanks for the info. At this rate of price decline a house like this would be under $500K soon. This is one of the house that my wife really likes.

    Maybe it’s just me, but even considering a house in Mira Mesa in the “fives” is crazy.
