    My wife and I have been waiting to buy somewhere along the coast from Del Mar to Carlsbad. We currently rent in Cardiff. A house near us at 320 Dublin http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=16724679 recently went into escrow after a very long time on the market. Is there a way to find the selling amount?

    The listing is no longer on ziprealty, but as I recall it sold last during the peak – I can’t believe that today someone would pay even more. For that kind of money you can live in Del Mar. The number of sales in the coastal towns is down, but prices for SFR continue to defy gravity.

    It was purchased for $1,850,000 last year.

    It doubt that it sold this year for more. It was probably just pulled off the market.

    If someone just bought it, he would be the biggest knife-catcher. Can any Realtor comfirm?
