Didn’t we read something along these lines already ? It is kind of interesting but I wonder whether contributions like this might be more appropriate at a site where dating and the human condition (perhaps on one of the evolutionary psychology sites) are the focus rather than this site which has been established to discuss real estate, related topics, and investment in general. Just wondering.
