I agree with 2000 prices. 1997 prices might happen in some areas such as Temecula and the Inland Empire where are already seeing $100/sf.

I think that ex-sd and I have the same feeling about where prices are headed. Although I see a stagnation at 2000 prices rather than a precipitous drop to 1997.
