I see a lot of talk about the incentives the big tract home builders are offering – what do you think will happen to the smaller, custom homebuilders? Will they also be offering big cuts or will some of them let the houses foreclose? Several of the homes I like now are custom or semi-custom (we won’t be buying until next summer at the earliest) and I am curious about what we might see in the coming months with those spec houses that are already built or close to completion.
