We have two toddlers and thinking of a third one perhaps… you are correct, that the baby itself doesn’t need space but all the stuff that goes with them does.
Anyways you are correct you don’t NEED the space but having the space is really nice. Our boys sleep in the same room but there is a second room just for them to play in. Regardless of that the family room is where they spend most of thier time so they can be watched, (which is absolutely mandatory) for lads of thier age. Thus in the family room is alot of the stuff they play with…
So I got a kick out of your post and had to comment. We are definitely both in agreement about waiting. I am in the same boat as this particular buyer and 5yes as well.
