I’m looking at renting a place that’s managed by Caravan Properties LLC. Researching them on the net resulted in my finding that they may have been involved in some shady real estate transactions in the past. Does anyone know if they are legit?
Have not heard of them… Did you look up the tax roll to check the financing level of the property? If you want to post or email the address do so and I will look it up… getting ready to go out though.
