    That’s a lot of inventory!!

    Anyone know about last week news that new homes sales were up? Doesn’t that just count applications not actual closing of escrow?

    Dumb Ass sellers and their realtors-“You can’t beat the Weather, They don’t make more land, Prices will always go up- sick mentality.
    Have no pity for the fools waiting for the next sucker to come along and buy
    It aint gonna happen. To much info on the internet this time around. Who needs lying realtors anyway?
