Thought we should start Thought we should start another thread/poll, so that we can get back to regular programming in the “When does it make financial sense to just dump your house???” thread.

on the one hand, it seems on the one hand, it seems disingenuous for a realtor to claim not to care about drumming up business on a r.e. blog. on the other hand, everything seems way too uncertain to actually have an opinion of any merit. therefore, i’m not voting in this or any other election unless the constitution is amended to include the UC manifesto on the death throes of capitalism from some other thread.
