    All it takes is one chump with a bad real estate agent to pay way too much for a property. And we all know there are plenty of chumps and plenty of bad real estate agents out there. Over the last year or so, and especially the last few months, even most of the chumps have been educated. Obviously not all of them, though.

    Also, another Belmont plan 3 (Same as Gaylemont and Havenridge) on Sterling Grove Lane sold a month or two ago for $990k. Yes, the owner on Havenridge is in for a rude awakening. Unless, as still occasionally seems to be the case, he finds a buyer who has an agent who can’t or won’t protect him from paying too much.
