ParticipantOf course you are entitled to your opinion and in some ways it is valid. However, while looking for potential investment properties, I have seen so many bank owned that say that they were never owner occupied, so the owner is not responsible for anything, yada, yada, yada, that I truly appreciate the expertise of SD and sdrealtor, Rich, TG and some of the other folks like Russ and flu who have a wealth of insight and contacts who can lead me through the wilderness of this current investment environment. The political does impact the economy and the bottom line, but for many of us it is a side issue and not really why we visit the site. I have never been bored here and not a day goes by that I do not learn something new even if it is only a wine recommendation.
