4) Shy away from any agent who wants you to sign a contract as an exclusive buyers agent.
Hope this helps.
yes, you should rather sign on with a dual agency broker. WTF – can you please pass me some of what you are smoking?
yuhteyParticipant
There’s so much I could say–and it’s so tempting–but I promised myself I would not, from here to infinity, beyond the blue horizon, or until the cows come home ever again feed the trolls–done. Whew! that was close.
every single thing you post is dripping in self-praise and admiration. you must own plenty of mirrors.

You may say that I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope some day you’ll join us

yuhteyParticipantwhy the dramatic change in great schools ratings? everything is a 10? yeah right.
any other similar sites, that aren’t fluffed up?
yuhteyParticipant
Is there a place you’d like to fit in.
I’m not jusging. Personally I can’t stand most humans.
i just want to be esteemed in the way that that the politically correct crowd here looks upon themselves with admiration. i want to be able to smell my own farts they way they do, and to enjoy those earth tones and minerality… smells like victory, YES.
yuhteyParticipanti wonder what’s the real troll-ishness, my views or the people who recommend temecula, chula juana, clan tee, and so on.
or the the high-road takers like flyer who are just too darn good at life.
don’t forget the default: you can’t afford it!
yuhteyParticipantalright, i have another mini-rant for you all: leucadia.
wtf. if i wanted to go to portlandia, i’d move to oregon. attention all shoppers: big box stores are not the devil – and i’d bet all the white people with hipster tats in the loo just go order from amazon or the apple store anyway (or are they sooooo hip that they don’t even have phones?) yes, they whittle wooden everything and recycle their feces for composting or whatever the global warming cult leaders tell them to do.
it’s not enough to be a good parent in leucadia, you also have to be “cool” LOL. do these people have unlimited time to put in an honest days work, do some man-grooming on those beards, change diapers, re-ink the tats, heckle motorists who dare drive on a street where pedestrians are consistently jaywalking, and shop around for some organic vegan gluten-free lettuce water?
rating: 7/10 if you didn’t have an ocean on one side, you’d be a 3rd branch of the san diego zoo. look jimmy, there goes a hipsterius dooforius. out in the water, over yonder – they’re log jamming the break. now no one can enjoy having a surf.

I moved to Temecula almost a decade ago, and it was the biggest financial mistake I have ever made in my life.
I know for some it’s more than a financial decision, so it’s just one perspective.
I have been destroyed financially (IMO) because I bought a house in Temecula. I don’t know how else to say it…
I don’t believe I will ever fully recover from this mistake that I made.
So I guess my answer would generally (there could be some exceptions) be: NO DO NOT BUY A HOUSE IN TEMECULA.
I can’t wait to move out of Temecula if I ever can.yuhteyParticipantARRRRRRRR! it’s the big bad troll. here to troll ye. ARRRRRR.
flyer, you condescending bastard, you.
yuhteyParticipantsafety first. especially for children.
stupid bleeding-heart liberal bullshit last.
the leftists have had a pretty good run from the ’60’s though obama. it’s time to take this country back from people who value social ideals and personal spirituality above a stable society.
yuhteyParticipantthere are some technical positions that do pay over $200k per year with executive comp perks, but you will be one of only a very small few of the only people at the entire regional portion of the company who pull this off. and, you are brilliant – that is a requirement. you can be a goofball, but necessarily brilliant. you must not be an ego maniac. you have to possess a minimally acceptable social skill set. no ADHD or mild autism. a gentleman, and an effective negotiator.
still, you would be heavily involved in the business side of the operation. working on strategy, growth, solutions, being a fixer, etc. i do not mean a technology director, but more of a technology fellow. tech directors are basically business directors. they are bored to death.
yuhteyParticipantthat is a horrible way to take RE photos. lens distortion the enemy of architectural subjects and yes, the seller camp here is trying to create the illusion of larger spaces. a 24mm FF-equivalent lens ought to be plenty of focal length to capture an average home. maybe tilt-shift if you are shooting a luxury unit for that precision look.
i still think though, that burnt-ass HDR pics are THE WORST.
yuhteyParticipant
In today’s UT:
http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/2015/dec/06/tp-home-sellers-look-east-carlsbad-website-taps/Some of the stats on Chinese buyers looks pretty insane to me (35% of buyers Chinese in CA?)
Overall, SD isn’t Sanfran, but compared to prices there and for a slower pace, I think many people would be ok with being down here and prices are much cheaper compared to LA or SF.
NOT that I am for changing restrictions on lending (some people are still not out of the hole from the last loose lending cocktail party)… but this chart is very telling as to why the “locals” aren’t buying the new stuff even though they can handle the debt.
yuhteyParticipanti’m starting to get the fear regarding “good schools” especially if they solicit “donations” which are in practice a bunch of bribes in return for either special attention or higher marks than earned.
if there’s one thing rich people are very good at it’s tilting the table in their favor via cash. they take both pride and enjoyment in buying people off.
anyone have any experience with this?
