I think I’m going to put the money I was saving for a down payment into physical gold and silver and wait for the next housing downturn.
It’s too bad that HOAs are so prevalent in the newer areas of San Diego. It really limits the choices out there for those of us who are HOA averse.
Why is it that most new construction in San Diego have HOAs?
