How could someone who took a budget surplus, turned it into huge deficits while his own party was in control of Congress, and meanwhile turned the currency into the equivalent of toilet paper not be referred as a moron. If he is not a moron then he is a very smart person seeking to destroy the financial health of the entire country. Referring to him as a moron is letting him off easy.
