depending on where you live you may, legally, be required to have properly fenced areas -just like an inground pool.
Seems reasonable; I think our backyard fence should cover that requirement.
i dont know how old your kids are, but i have bigger kids and recently bought a small 10 dollar inflatable pool
… can get beer at the same time as you buy your pool. i think the pool may have been on sale and may normal be 15.
Beer is essential! We’ve had the smaller inflatable pools for a few years now; we put to rest one that sprung a leak last weekend. I’m looking for something my wife and I can swim in, as well as our kids!
I don’t want to kill the grass, though, so I’m looking for something that might fit on the patio.

WaitingToExhaleParticipant
the divorce is always possible, everyone could possibly get a divorce. I would rank the possibility of divorce as slighly higher than the possibility of zombie attack.
This funny to me, mainly because my wife has been annoyed that I’ve been ranking the houses we’ve been looking at based on how defensible they would be to a zombie attack.
The house we’re currently in escrow with is probably a 7, which is good, because it has just enough to make for an exciting, but eventually failed, last stand.

Escrow confirms that this is the case here. Thanks for your comments!

WaitingToExhaleParticipant
… So about $600/mo carrying cost per $100,000 house. Haven’t been too far off yet.
I’m happy you posted this, since it pretty closely matches my calculations of what my post tax-break carrying cost would be. As a first time house buyer, I’m nervous about using the online calculators, and I always assume everything will always be somewhat more costly or less beneficial than they suggest.
Thanks for the feedback.
