ParticipantI would prefer to focus more precisely on the effect of new wave in pushing so much of the punk genre into the hard core direction. I think new wave spawned the direction X took and of course without X you could never have had Redemption 87.

Basically, they are saying for 81+% ltv’s with those larger prices are often good candidates for FHA.
FHA’s are not always good for everybody.
However, they can be the most cost effective in certain situations.
I would like to hear what HLS has to say on this.

Could you post some example menu or something similar that you use in defining duties?
I have not many rebates since (like you) I ran a help u sell office.
