THe other property on Pimpernel indicates that it is a good deal. It is not a screaming deal.I have no recollection of what this street is like in person. Therefore, someone more familiar with that immediate vicinity might have a better feel or perhaps even specific experience.

ParticipantI don’t say this just to be contrary but isn’t just keeping your jobs a free market incentive?
I don’t agree with the position they put you in but thats also why I support heavier regulation.
Weird to be the self-employed realtor supporting gov’t regulation on a real estate blog that favors free marketeers populated by engineers and coders.

Participant
I can just imagine going down to my local Costco and buying a value pak of weed. I then go out to my car, roll a joint, light up, take a few drags, then hit the 405 at rush hour. Far out, man.
Time to short the car insurers.
Considering that Costco is the largest (or one of the largest) retailer of wine, how does this hold up to any sort of logic?
Does costco cause drunk driving also?
Also, SD, when did the government start caring about making society better (by whatever measure)?
The most effective governments in history seemed not so focused on this. Many of the crappiest were very interested in “bettering” society. Would you disagree?
Sorry, was that too stoner of a question to ask?
