Participant
No hatred at all. ” “Primus sucks” means primus doesn’t suck. Claypool had a habit of theatrically making the pronouncement “Primus Sucks”. With this, the fans would go crazy with excitement, yelling “Primus sucks”, because they knew Primus did not suck and was about to prove it.

Shows how much I know.
When I was a kid, they used to play for 3 bucks a show (in Petaluma) and everyone my age who owned an airbrush would make and sell t-shirts at the show. This was like 1988.April 19, 2009 at 8:44 PM in reply to: Help: 1 person owns the mortgage, 2 persons own the deed #384379urbanrealtor
ParticipantTypically, the bank will not allow vesting on the deed to differ from that on the mortgage.
What I do in this situation is to have an escrow friend draw up a blank or completed deed (adding the wife or whomever back on) following the close.
Generally, the escrow that closes it won’t be willing to help you on this.

Participant
You’ve got to be kidding….degrade the Real Estate profession? Is that even possible? To begin with it’s not even a profession!
So what do you do?
Code monkey?
Paralegal?
Bike Messenger?
Environmental consultant?
Academic?
Unless you are a professional beer taster there is always someone who will talk trash about your profession.
Not beer tasters though.
