So how exactly did you get your handle? In fairness to you, I often evaluate a property with an eye to how it would hold up in a zombie attack.
Perhaps that’s weird but the few clients I have told this to find it entertaining (or pretend to).
My God I am a nerd.
As are most of my clients.urbanrealtor
ParticipantFirst: embarassed.
Upon first looking, I actually thought it was a photo.Second:
Bill, this is lovely.
Do it.
And this is coming from a committed condo owner and suburb hater (though I may be coming around on that).urbanrealtor

ParticipantOkay.
I tried listening to this annoying fundamentalist tool.My only thought here is that I wish he would go the direction of other religious extremists and go on a jihadist mission that does not involve fucking up my music or debasing my favorite station.
Maybe Somalia.

Participant
If it’s a flipping attempt – it’s a failure. The markup in price (20k-40k) will barely cover the transaction costs – let alone any remodeling.
No I don’t think so.
Its only offering 2% to the buyer agent and the listing agent is the new owner. Figure that they made 2.5% when they bought it (for cash) and are losing about 3% max between escrow, title, and buyer agent commissions. Thats a net cost of .5% max between the 2 transactions.
Still a lot less than the 20-40K that they are making. Figure that comes out to 18k-38k depending on offer (in a space of 10 weeks).
And I really don’t think its remodeled between 2 weeks ago and now.
