The Battiata group is unresponsive and unprofessional! I’ll make this short… I was interested in seeing a short-sale property this week that is listed by Battiata. My agent called and e-mailed him several times. She finally got a hold of his receptionist and was told that Battiata never checks his voicemail or e-mail. My agent ended up talking to one of his team agents who said that she’d call Matt (hope she doesn’t have to leave a message) to see if we could see the house. My agent is still awaiting a return call…maybe if he reads this forum again that he’ll find time to return calls.
Anyway…based on this, my impression of Battiata and his team is that they are a shady group and I personally wouldn’t utilize them for my real estate needs or even recommend them.
Cheers!

TumblesParticipantI noticed that…and the asking price hasn’t changed. Crystalaire needs lots of work and money to bring it up to the 2000s! I haven’t been too excited with the houses on the market in Del Cerro…but I’m still waiting!

TumblesParticipantI wasn’t the soul or sucker that entered a contract to buy Crystalaire — that house needed way too much work for my liking. I am curious though what his offer was…the owner was quite stubborn, not sure if he was budging much.
