I was starting to think my tin foil hat was permanent:). This is ridiculous and you have to expect something catastrophic could happen when playing with the moon. It does control tides along with a handful of other vital parts to making this earth go round!! Well, at least I am not the only one that hadn’t heard about it.

As most I already had the dog and the shotgun. Unfortunately my dog would have licked the burglar to death (black lab) and my shotgun is sort of stuffed away to keep it out of reach from the little one.

We just installed ADT, which gives me an added piece of mind. I think it would make the burglar go deaf before making it upstairs!! We paid a couple hundred to install which included motion sensors and pay $39/month. The negative was they wanted a 3 year contract, but to be honest I think it is worth the cost of having an emergency contact at your fingertips. I hear when you call 911 these days you get 20 minutes of elevator music before someone picks up!!
