That line of yours was taken directly from Bill Maher on his “Real Time” show.
I voted for Obama and am so far unimpressed. As far as the Nobel Prize, the news is not about Obama the news is about the Nobel Organization.
sobmazParticipant85007, the zip referred to in the article is a historic area with 60 to 100 year old homes.
I am not trying to compare Phoenix to San Diego, I am trying to illustrate how you can’t fight the cycle that has occurred throughout time. Prime is the first to rise, last to fall.
My one and only point, the historic rythm of realestate is alive and well in Phoenix. This is meant only as a cautionary post for those who think that for San Diego “it is different this time”.
Other than the present cycle, (which by a long shot is not over) every cycle has always completed the rythm.
Perhpas “it is different this time” time will tell.

“Yeah, it’s totally got nothing to do with the fringe liberals running the dems.”
We have a Democratic leadership that began HealthCare reform negotiation with already giving away half of what they want.
It is well known Liberals want National Health Care like France or Germany which would save hundreds of billions yet insure all, yet Obama comes up with this half baked plan (that would be o.k, but barely, if it included the OPTIONS)and starts negotiating after giving all the liberal demands away. He may have been a Liberal at one time but he doesn’t seem to be acting like one.
Liberals are very disenchanted with Obama because he is trying to please the losers in the last election.
He will be the loser in the next.

Why do the people now get upset about a meaningless (at least dollar wise) ceremony when over the last 30 years our Congress and Senate along with the President have pursued public policy that rewards trading with Communist China? We have made them very very strong, why not celebrate our retarded behavior?
Oh……………That is right, Glen Beck says so…… since it is happening under Obama’s watch it is ALL his fault since he is a Kenyan and a Communist as well as a Terrorist sympathiser.
Meanwhile, Cuba, economically and socially insignificant remains the bogeyman.
