Participantzk, thanks for the info on Bridle Ridge. This new community is too expensive for 2500 sqft. I hope their existing inventory in Carriage Run and Bridle Ridge sits for awhile until they have no choice but to lower the price like other builders in 4S and La Costa Green.
Pardee seems to be reluctant in lowering the price based on couple attempts I did early this year. Let’s hope their attitude/pricing strategy will change after the “spring bounce”.

ParticipantPF Chang is “white” man food belongs to Peter Fleming, the same guy who owns Fleming stake house. The food there SUCK compares to real fusion/Asian food from small local restaurants in SF. Don’t go to chain restaurants if you want real good food.

ParticipantFook Yuen is ok but can’t compare to Koi Palace. Try it the next time in that area. About 10 minutes drive from Burlingame. Be prepared to wait but I would call ahead to get a number. They don’t take reservation but they do give you a number for calling ahead.
