I am not a realtor. I am a programmer. I referred sdr to someone with more money than you’ll ever see in your life and my friend was remarkably happy with the services received.
If you are so hell-bent against realtors, don’t use one and if you are going to bag on a realtor, find a bad one, not sdr.

Yes, I agree with this, too. Definitely need to have a quick chat, or send a quick email to the legal dept at your company. That is the best starting place and it will cover your butt as well.

ParticipantMore a legal question than an ethics question, I’d say.
I would suggest to him that a major corporation is willing to spend up to $50K in legal fees to make sure he gets his license revoked and possibly put in jail.
