ParticipantEsmith, how do you think the commute is via I-15 to 52 to UCSD or downtown La Jolla? 56 gets very sticky especially close to I-5 junction. Having a child in school/daycare doesn’t allow for much flexibility in work hours. thanks!

ParticipantYep, we liked Park Village too… Maybe they’ll come down more…Now, a bigger yard is nice. I liked the Hilltop (new?) park/playground in PQ…

ParticipantSo, my general impression about PQ was that it was patchy in some areas -and I don’t remember which- some houses on the same street seemed more distressed, less cared for than others.Probably those did not have HOAs…Plus, many places were far enough from shopping. CMR has more varied stores concentrated in one area. Again, I have not seen that many homes in Sabre Springs, but I had friends there, and it seemed that the houses were too crowded, and it was hotter in the summer….
