We’ll see then where the house market rates are going; hell, we should see where our job are going!!!
If still too uncertain, or too expensive by that again, we’ll rent again but in the PUSD because by then our kid will be in kindergarden. Thing is, we got tired of moving every 2 years, now it’s even harder with a small child. Yes, I discovered that section in PQ not in PUSD – it was specified in the details of some properties there recently – I didn’t know that beforehand. I’ll keep my eyes open to Sabre Springs too.
