    Not the biggest, but what I would consider a “choice” selection of frames, and an excellent selection of shades, is Plaza Optometry in the 99 Ranch Market center on Clairemont Mesa Blvd.

    I have purchased frames and Maui Jim shades from them.

    It’s not just the renters who will be subsidizing this. It’s anyone who doesn’t buy a house – meaning anyone who currently owns a house – PLUS anyone who does buy a house but has an income deemed “rich” by the D.C. elite.
