ParticipantWe have the top Sleep Number Model (I think it’s the 9000 or something like that) which we bought in January. I was having back problems and seeing the chiropractor three times a week as well as a massage therapist once a week…with a $40 co-pay for specialists (YIKES!), it was getting really expensive but since I couldn’t move very well I didn’t really have a choice. Anyway we decided to buy the mattress and stop visiting the chiropractor/quack and it took about two months for my back to go completely pain free.
We love our Sleep Number and just an FYI, Sleep Train will beat anyone’s prices (even their own online prices) by 10%…so do some shopping around. They’ll also toss in the mattress protector and other crap if you ask.

ParticipantAll this talk about the model homes, I don’t think you guys are aware that Silhouette sold the models last year to get money. My understanding is that they are leasing the models from the new owner. They sold all three models within a few days of their release and were fully furnished–we tried to prod the sales people a little, but it sounded like they all sold to one person/company…an “investor” haha.
