We made up our minds to pass up on this beautiful home. π
It seems to be either great views with no yard or big yard with no views. Now if you can find both you will be paying dearly for it.

ParticipantIf there is a good possibility of a 15yr slide how does that play out for people like me still renting?
If the prices decline for over the next decade is there a way to forecast interest rates?
Bottom line is should I buy now knowing the prices are going to go down with historically low interest rates or should I wait another decade and buy at 20% off current prices and hope the interest rates are reasonable?
Thoughts?
