reduced to $592,000 and still no takers?
Anybody have any insight into this place? Why is it not moving? It has been sitting so long, and through so many reductions, maybe an offer in the low $500s (or dare I say high $400s) may take it.
And that place on Norman Lane, with the steel structures, the tear down, they are already a year into it and only have a few steel members. how can that be?

poway_sellerParticipantmajor price reduction today on the foreclosed house on Madra. 5915 Madra… now priced at $658,000 (bank just got it a few months ago for $757). As you’ve all pointed out it needs LOTS of work, but if you can get over it being on a busy street, this may be the one for you.
