No, I personally do not think it is worth that. Just my opinion of course (since the house is owned by a lawyer). You can get a property for up on the hill, Madra, for just a little bit more, and have more space and a view. Lot sizes on Raymar are quite small. The other place on Raymar just closed for $525k or so, right? A little smaller, but nice and clean.
Also, who says you have to pay asking price? Why not offer $550 and see where it goes? That is not bad for 2050 sq. foot house in Del Cerro, or you could go a mile away to Allied Gardens and get similar place for mid 400s.
