I’ve been lurking once a month, but must comment on above to say it’s totally true. I caught the window of opportunity yesterday and locked in a refinance of 4.625% (jumbo-conforming) for a 30 year fixed. It could have been 4.5% if I stayed under $417k.
Important to note that is with NO points and NO origination fees.
Back to 5% as of today.

poway_sellerParticipantanybody surprised that the Madra place still HASN’T sold… the agent/realtor/owner won’t lower price. They might as well sell advertising on their FOR SALE sign, since it won’t find a buyer, they would be better served promoting the local deli for $25/month.
