Can you repost the link to the “guy who made out like a fiend”…..AlLso those areas of Carmel Valley selling fo $250/sq ft.are pretty much far out there to the east…..

Del Mar Mesa looks like it is going foward…They are grading the lots in the proposed Del Mar Mesa area (Shaw Lorenz ranch i think it is called)at the east end of Carmel Moutain Rd. in the CV..They are big lots with what would be large homes i assume in the 4000 – 5000 sq ft range…Maybe pricing close to 2 million when you consider the landscaping, etc….Can’t see any demand for these but the big plan 3s at Derby Hill in the CV seemed to sell well….

Does anyone have anymore info about this development????

no we are not black….professional white people to answer the post from above…I think the yardwork idea is a pretty good one and I was actually going to be doing that anyway…I am treating it like my own house and watering the newly installed lawn everyday (even though I pay for the water)…

thanks for the good advice….And yes, perhaps there are alot of other professionals juggling the kids and careers which makes little time for socializing….but I will do my part and see what happens…
