Maybe I am wrong about him, but it is just how I feel.Also, there is another guy, he has a TS notice with him and he was bidding on the poway house, too. He didn’t win, though. (I don’t know if that TS notice has anything to do with the house. Just my observation)

pepsiParticipantThe guy who won that house is a young guy (in 30s), and does not seem like a flipper. He didn’t join the bidding until the very last stage, from around $540K. I think he could just be a consumer for the house.
