I’m with Jim Jones on this. The CSR was not very tactful. She should just have been pleasant, processed the transaction without even mentioning the administrative fee. Bad training.

The toll operator caused the aggravation so complaining to supervisor is the proper thing to do. They should be able to collect cash or credit on site without adding to the aggravation.
