At least wait until the bail-out this fall. Congress & Bush are in negotiations now…but it boils down to where your bank will take your loan down to 85% tlv. Your are lucky it’s an election year. You should have sold in early 2007 at the latest.

It’s just a resection. The unemployment is too low. But, if there are more layoffs/out-sourcing or there’s a banking collapse, we’ll be there. BUT, I don’t see that happening. Kind of stupid to hate someone because you sold too early… BTW, I would have sold in 2003 as well..especially after your stories. But, something tells me if you sat in fontaina for all of 2003, 2004, 2004, and 2006, you would still be there drinking the punch and convincing yourself that the market will rise again.
