I see that inventory has spiked over the last month or 2 in the areas that I watch also. Does anyone monitor NOD/Foreclosures w/ realty track or similar?
I usually watch the daily changes on SDL and it seems like since after last Thursday the nod/foreclosures have dropped off a cliff but it could be just be the way SDL posts them.
