Towards the end of 2008, there were quite a few. Now, they've all been picked over and there is nothing left but homes that are just like the next and must compete on price and upgrades. ParticipantOk, so if the home price goes up he gets to keep the $$ and if it goes down he gets to stick it to the bank/taxpayer? Just goes to show that Wall St. is not the only one guilty here.
