Yeah love watching my kids play basketball- basketball has so many different ways for players to help their team. Middle school is fun but when you get to the high school level things get very serious very fast. Hope your kids get tall- bigs get babied and are allowed to make the same mistake over and over while the guards get pulled and yelled at for the slightest thing. My son and daughter are both guards so I may be just a bit biased : )

If the E F 150’s and Silverados come out looking like regular trucks the cybertruck is toast, imo.
Yeah that’s the tricky part when you have pay off what’s owed as part of the settlement. If you dont have the cash you end up having to sell the property. Also if the trust receives money outside of the trust then the trust owes that money back as community property I’m guessing? Gonna have to get me an estate planner!
