ParticipantI don’t understand why places like Jersey and SF are putting in artificial turf. it really does make a lot of sense for socal. drainage is not an issue. the fine rubber tire pallets are a concern.

ParticipantThis is how low the Grand Old Party has fallen.
president of Harvard law review, state senator, jr senator, reduced down to no experienced lowly community organizer.
sharp rise in oil and commodities secondary to speculations in the market, reduced down to Drill, Baby, Drill.
a guy with a Kenyan father, Muslim relatives, therefore must not be an American citizen.
a Hispanic judge with over 20 years of appellate experience, reduced to a single line from a speech and branded a racist.
a bill that includes a clause regarding advanced directive so a patient’s wishes is well documented, reduced to lining up the elderly in front of a Death Panel.
this is the GOP…

Participant
What do you want to live forever?
well, I was hoping to cryogenically freeze my head if they are not able to keep me going in the ICU after a few months. But looks like this Kenyan guy and his Death Squad is going to infringe on that desire.

Participantwow, the house is right on the corner of the street, right adj to deer ridge. noise will be an issue for sure.
interior is nicely done but asking price is too high.
what is up with the range pricing, that is so 2005.
I agree the new side of 4S is inferior to the old side. they took more time and effort when planning and building the old side. the new side was just a huge rush to squeeze in homes before the bubble burst.
but with this house being so close to Del Norte, it really should just be the same price as a typical over 3000 sqft home north of Camino Del Norte.
are there renters there right now?
