Participantthe status issue is a much bigger issue regarding La Jolla and RSF. Carmel Valley is still just “upper middle” to me, much in the same league as Scripps and 4S/Del Sur.

I wonder if this might be a flip attempt. as recently as the last couple of months I’ve seen a bank REO go for close to $1.2 without backyard landscaping and $1.6 for a fully decked out one in this tract.
