Participantpizzaman…funny..I delivered pizzas in the 70’s for pizzaman.Had more fun doing that till 3:00 in the morn than almost any other job.Where did you live before Hawaii?I moved to Kauai in 91 I think,had kenny Boscoff build me a house in poipu,and had it thrashed during iniki……left there in 96,I really have been pretty excited watching the market up by you,even took one day to look in murietta…not sure I can handle living that far from the ocean breeze….probably buy a shit box here in chula vista next year.

ParticipantI looked at some new condos @ the summit a few weeks ago.Although they have some pretty interesting floor plans up there,the hoa and mello roos are very high.The builder has a long way to go if they ever sell the place out,and is passing along huge hoa fees to the poor slubs who buy up there now.I sold in ocean view hills in 04.The hoa and mello roos are very low…..check it out!
