ParticipantFLU you’ve got bigger balls than me, I’m out of this market except for a few shorts (you know the ones).
The FED has pretty much used all their big guns, don’t you think? And still we’re on the brink.

Actually, you could use this to back into it. If you know the median house income you could multiply by 34% for the payment x 360(assume 30 yr loan) and then discount it back for the value using say 6.5%

That’s seeing the glass half full!SD Median Income: $64k
Gross: ~$46k
Monthly: ~$3800
div3 = $1267
x12x30 for a 30-year: = $456k paid to bank (including interest)
reverse amortize (take out the interest) => with 20% down, 6% interest, the median home price should be: $264,500.00Maybe BoA is trying to tell us something?

ParticipantStone is nice, try their mac ‘n cheese with sausage! Goes great with beer.
IPA for me. My staple (is it too early to start drinkin???) beer is Sierra Nevada. Got a fridge full! When I go to brew events I always go for the double or triple IPA’s.

Perhaps he meant the AA-12? It’s a fully automatic 12-gauge shotgun. 300 rounds/minute.nostradamus
