Participantpatientlywaiting, it appears Mello-Roos will not likely decrease but there is nothing preventing them from decreasing or (more likely) increasing. Crikey! Another reason to buy in an established community.

ParticipantIt is a nicer house and falls in 92121 instead of 92126 but I don’t like it on noisy Sorrento Valley Road. I still like the Prairie Shadow house as it’s very quiet and on a 10.6k-sf canyon lot.
Is there a way to find out if the bank pulled the listing or sold it or what for 11587 Prairie Shadow? It shows up as “not listed” on sdlookup
