    Well if what’s going on at Victoria’s Secret, Pier 1 Imports, and Macy’s is any indication it is a deflationary recession. Or it might just be the holiday sales season. 😉

    Thanks SD that’s great data. Looks like some people got great-looking prices, others not so great but it’s still progress. Also nice to see there are still housing-related data being posted.

    Yup. Just ignore and delete the emails. I use ziprealty all the time (I like to sort by lot size and so on).
