    Hi SDR, thanks for the info. I guess it was trustee sales you were talking about (or maybe it was someone else). My memory is vague and I still have a hangover from last Friday. If crazy Africans ever offer you the evil drink Alomo Bitters I suggest running the other way!!! It goes down smooth as a cactus (or an angry wasp) and knocks you on your arse. Wild Turkey is water compared to this.

    Whoa that’s weird. SDR once told me that foreclosures show up as a sale, maybe that’s happening.

    Should be a good bellwether for that hood.

    There’s another one three doors down (hey that’s one of my favorite bands!) that’s asking $735k. It’s much nicer but I’d like to see the price come down.
